The Manchester Community Preservation Committee (CPC) is inviting town boards, committees, organizations, and residents to submit proposals for CPA funding.  As required by the State Community Preservation Coalition, two weeks’ notice must be given to residents of the opening of the CPC application season which will be 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, September 19. It is at this time that the application process begins.  Submittals will be accepted until December 1, 2019.  CPA funds can be used for four kinds of projects: Community Housing, Historic Preservation, Open Space, and Recreation. More information including a downloadable project application form and projects that CPA funds have enabled the town to complete can be found online at the CPC page of the town website.
